Grayscale is a cloud-based conversational recruiting platform designed to help organizations interact with candidates via text messaging. Key features include workflow automation, bulk messaging, notifications, application sourcing, talent acquisition, campaign management, and a virtual assistant.
Grayscale offers a Chrome extension, which enables employers to send text messages to candidates directly from existing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and monitor the conversation history of current candidates. It allows recruiters to use dedicated phone numbers with local area codes to connect with applicants in the vicinity. HR managers can also select a particular audience, compose personalized messages, and schedule dates and times for message delivery.
